The upspace booth has equipment to run the sound and lights in the upspace. Crazy, right?

During a snowstorm in December, there was an epic leak in the upspace ceiling. It dumped water exactly where we keep the light-board. Because of this, it makes sense to cover the lightboard when you leave the booth.

There are only two cables to plug in monitors, but there are three monitors at PW. If the cable for the lightboard monitor is MIA, grab one from one of the monitors in the downspace booth. Make sure to put it back when you’re done!

Want to know how to turn on the lights?

• On the back wall, there’s a gray box. Open it by pushing down on the bottom edge of the silver lock and then pulling open the door. Turn on the dimmers by turning on the switch labeled “dimmers.”
• Turn on the monitor.
• Also, turn on the board.
