Discussion of “opening PW” stuff is tabled till more board members are here

Emily has a good ground plan! Yay! First production meeting will be this week. Immer can co-td and come back early from break. Card access for people coming back: Erica will email Maya a list of names and she will talk to Res. Life. COBAB issue: they can�t have a show in UpSpace during dress . Matt will forward them the policy.

Can 8 ft ladder that is yello be painted black? Do a test spot. Blair will be in charge of opening and closing the box office for MF. Gayle will find PW/MF contract and bring it in.

UpSpace Update: nothing new

Grants Update: passed Annie Lewis for $95.96 retroactive grant for States of Shock. Slip of the Tongue meeting scheduled for later this week.


Garland: April 17th is commencement slot decision, April 24th is 1st slot meeting

Set dates for new members meetings for next semester! March 13th

Campus Affairs Committee: Tuesday Dec 2. Emily will go be our man on the inside.

Costume racks are here-get them assembled for strike.

Vanessa will get truck for Monday strike. Gayle will drive.

A day for floor/truss/clean up in Bigelow: 17th noon till 8pm or so
End of that day, collect keys to give to Maya

pw is like a good pair of high heeled shoes on the fourth of july!
