Strike: Monday, April 21st 10 pm
Adoch workshop: Tuesday, April 22nd 11 pm - 1 am
Activities Fair: Wednesday, April 23rd 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
A Day in the Space: Wednesday, April 23rd 1:30 pm - 4 pm
Initiation: Wednesday, April 23rd April 27th 9 am Present: Gayle, Cari, Perlman, Mac, Blair, David, Gabe, Maya, Vanessa, Griska, Rouse, Dov, Jessie, Garland

Visiting: Matt Biagini (new member applicant), Susie Abraham (new member applicant), Benj Kamm (TD and possible new member applicant), Dade Veron (new member applicant), Dana Kroplick (new member applicant), Ben Asriel, Krista Knight (new member applicant), (absent new member applicants: Briel Steinberg, Ariel Engelman, and Emily Drumsta)

Perlman - read a letter to us from Kerry Silva, donating $20 to us.

Cari - read us “pw board member responsibilities” as written by giselda in 1998.


Ben - Dance-o-matic going well. Board: set up seating platforms! Come watch the dress rehearsals this week: Monday - Wednesday at 8 pm, Thursday at 9:30 pm. No midnight show. Tell the BDH to come on Wednesday.

David will let us know and we will figure it out via email.

Off-site is going well. David will see a run tomorrow.

Gayle lent Ariel 4 extension cords, 7 birdies, and 6 zip strip lamps (which apparently don't work in birdies. whoops.

“How to Love an Asian Woman” - stage manager = Greg Shilling
Production meeting this Thursday. . .

New Directors -
Desparately in need of 2 more stage managers. On audition forms, have people answer if they're interested in stage managing if they're not cast.
Cari will be a postering fiend tomorrow - do you have more posters for her?
Old Directors went well. . .

A Day in the Space = 1 - 4:30 pm
Gabe + Seth + Griska = in charge of BBQ


Commencement slot set designers need to get their designs approved by Laura Smith and Tim Hett.

Lighting subcommittee (to decide on renting/not renting lights for Commencement slot) = Mac, Gayle, Griska, Garland

Calendar - TABLED

Initiation - David and Cari will plan. Wednesday, April 23rd at midnight.

“Chess” - Dov. Want PW benches. Cool.

* Mac - Piano. Laura wants it. Will move it for us.
* Blair - Wants to borrow 3 or 4 benches and a platform for “A Winter's Tale.” Cool.


* Gayle - wants to know if we could lend the New Plays festival 7 pars. Mac says no: he might want them for WITS.
- also, we should clean our lights properly some time. (maybe after we're back in TF Green)
* Maya - is no longer our Web-Girl-To-Be. Garland = Web-Girl-After-Cari.
* Dov - would like to go on a tour of TF Green with Dave LaPlant. They're going to put homosote in the downstairs space.
* Gabe - apologizes for not coming to Strike and for being flaky.
* Jessie - marshall arts in TF Green?
* Perlman - is going to go on half-leave. (Will still come to Sunday meetings and will still be Treasurer.)
