Sunday, November 3: Cobab concert in Russell, 10:30 go

Saturday, October 26th: Cobab extravaganza 11 am - 6 pm

Set Design Workshop - something of a failure due to horrible publicity, lack of interest and poor timing.

Linden - we should require apprentices on proposals.

Jessie - let's have people email us if interested. We can set a date/time based on that.

Gabe - let's get art history kids: poster List and RISD

Perlman - we as the board could assign apprentices

David - we could require the set designer to explain the set to everyone interested.

We could compile a list: a pool of all interested set design apprentices.

We could have a set design talk-back. Or something more casual with food.

People interested in being Endgame apprentices can email James.

Let's discuss other apprentices.

Apprentice discussion tabled until next week!

Playwrighting workshop tabled until next semester. Needs more thought and board-backing. We should be focused on moving this semester.

Proposal workshop -
Hardcore publicity! This would, as well as improving proposals, be primarily a publicity move.
Tabled until next week. (we'll address this at the retreat.)

McCormack Furniture liason - Immer will talk to B. Reo.

Calendar subcommittee - Gabe, Linden, Cari, Gayle
will meet Wednesday, October 30th at 5:30 pm at Gabe's.

Server - Cari bought one for $650.

Cari - Party. Let's not serve hard alcohol and let's consider not serving to under-21's. We'll need party managers. She'll email us about going to training. Date? Friday, November 8th? that might be dark day. We'll ask Garland through James.

the PW board is: Jessie Austrian, Seth Bockley, Maya Bruhns, Cari Cymanski, Vanessa Gonzalez, Adam Griska, Adam Immerwahr, Gabe Kahane, Dov Lebowitz-Nowak, Michael Linden, Gayle MacDonald, David Myers, Michael Perlman, Rebecca Rouse, Mac Vaughey, and Liz Drew (on leave).
