1st Slot Update: (Alex) 3 proposals: Ben Sugar, Rebecca Melsky, Greg Schilling.

Oklahoma! Update: (Erica) Concern=hearing actors over orchestra? $17/4×8 sheet of masonite-A floor to dance barefoot on.

Alex: Can Gunther use one of our mini-disc players? Yup.

COBAB relationship: (Natalie) Let's work to communicate better. Let's be welcoming of each other. However, no 7-11 actually does mean absolutely nothing from 7-11, ever. Let's put up an info-letter explaining the agreement.

Stephanie/6Degrees: Switched weekends, ended up with a tech weekend, and Oklahoma needs the upspace (and is entitled to it) for its tech weekend. Can't perform over finals because of SAO rules. Or can she perform over finals? As an acting exercise? May 7-9, Rachael, Sam and Cari will monitor.

Mac's upspace concerns: We're being pushed around by the UpSpace. PW board members should get exceptions. Life and theater are both meritocracies. UpSpace shows shouldn't have a strike. UpSpace people shouldn't be in the rest of the building. We need to have an impersonal interaction with the UpSpace.

*We need to have a specific meeting about the UpSpace before the end of this year, so we can re-evaluate things and decide how we want things to work next year*

Business

Sam: We need a new CD player. $150-$200. Also, Jobs that seniors do:Write up descriptions!! Also, making a flow chart to describe the interactions of every person involved in a theater production.

Jessie: There is ambiguity we need to resolve both in our UpSpace policies and in our proposal process. How do we make our standards clearer to non-Board members? We should put the 3 interview questions on the web. Be clearer about what we're looking for. Do we make artistic decisions? Also, let's give feedback more constructively-make a distinction between what's important to the whole board vs. what's important to a few people.

Rachael: Feedback is a group process at the end of the meeting we need to take seriously. Should we make a rubric for good proposals? Rachael will head this up.

Costume shop is very messy right now. Let's not tackle this when we have an insufficient amount of time! Costumes have been left all over the floor. Cari Sam and Rachael will work on this this week.

Dov: will be here this summer and will completely re-organize shop and inner shop. If you're here, drop by!
