Attendence: Michelle Traub, Gabe, Seth, Alex, Mac, Rebecca, Carrie, Neil, David, Zina, Jessie, Sam, Gayle, Dov, Sarah, Rachael

Woyzeck - Michelle: Got show packets, read thru and production meeting today. Get keys from Mac. Will get ground plan this afternoon and make lumber order. Any questions, please, ask the board

Cabaret - Alex: Itms going brilliantly! MF has made $563 from the first three shows and so far 400 people have come to see it. We need to reiterate that reserved tickets not picked up by 7.45 are given away. (We're holding a double-sided coin, says Alex) Apologies for the messy hot room and dressing rooms.

Cabaret Strike: Come AT 10.30. First, clear out hot room before bringing in benches and chairs and tables. Mac and Anne will run strike. Strike List:
Hot room=Zina, David, Rachael.
Shop=Rebecca, Dov.
Upstairs=Seth, David.
Costumes/Dressing Rooms=Gabe, Sarah, Jessie.
Electrics=Gayle, Cari, Neil.
Sound and Props=Alex, Sam.

Upstairs Update - David: Tuesday 13 is Seth's b-day! Tues-Thurs 7-11pm Ubu Roi auditions. Thursday 11.10 Palimpsest. Fri-Sat Leah Mann's “Middle East Piece” play goes up. She will set up lights before Friday, so they will be in there during Ubu auditions, but that should be ok. Still trying to figure out who ruined sound cablecosts $40. Perhaps BSR and Trash art rock show will have to split the cost.

Fusion - Sam: Let's make them this offer: Mon thru mon in the space (whole bldg.) $500 budget, help finding SM and light designer, no admission charge.

Wednesday Strategic Off-Site Visioning Session!! (Wednesdayms meeting) 10pm, Neil's house 168 Williams, Apt. 2. BYOB or if you are under age, bring dessert/fruit/cheese/etc. Among other things, be ready to discuss the rest of the calendar (not fisrt slot because that is set), the relationship of the downstairs and upstairs space during tech week, Shopping list (chair rails for seating platforms, seating platform clampsnot c-clamps, new better curtains, cables, extension cords, new costume rack, inner shop shelving units, saber saw, shop vac, staple guns), Front of house issues, Russell possibilities, Guerilla Slot, upstairs space weekend policy, publicity: how to do it, building a network of PW board alums and a newsletter for them possibly

Business:
Mac: pay him back for the excessive amounts of cheese and salami.

Other: [sic] Sam will purchase Server this week and install in the coming weeks Upstairs coordinators for next semester=Seth, Gabe, Jessie. New members get keys from Mac.

Alex: a reminder if you're not able to come to a meeting email Rebecca well in advance along with any job assignments that will come up such as usher/strike. Know when to put yourself on leave, also, after missing three meetings without telling us you should probably take yourself out of voting at the next decision meeting. Weekly meetings are just as important as decision meetings.

Sam: Remember to really check a door once you have locked it. The glass doors by the shop should not be constantly open like they have been.

David: meeting with Ruth Simmons sometime this week. Let's all go!! Guerilla slot committee: Sam, Mac, Dov, Carrie, Jessie. Letms have an upstairs open house before Thanksgiving.

Rachael: Wants to become the poster Nazi! Javol!! Letms get staple guns.

1st slot proposals due Nov. 27th, Neil will mentor, Carrie will make poster, decision meeting=?
