OLD BUSINESS:

1) Tim Cryan and Kristen Williams have requested usage of the downstairs space for one week over the summer. Sam informs that he thinks the building is closed over the summer. Paul is investigating the feasibility of summer PW usage, and wishes to assume responsibility for such events as a summer producer.

6) Upstairs Space– From one Miller to another goes the Upstairs Space duties. Zina will be taking over the job next semester. Also, Paul and Rachael will draft an Upstairs Space Policy for implementation next fall. But wait there's more! Rachael will be e-mailing the Upstairs Space Calendar to the board. It is a very busy week upstairs, we're all looking to help.

7) Mac is typing a new copy of the MF contract, with the additions discussed last week.

8) MONEY–

Fridge– Sarah DiG, is going to get a check cut to Circuit City as soon as she finds a ride there.

Dress Form–A check is being cut tomorrow.
