The Web and HTML

as i wrote the section above, i utilized several aspects of this chapter manipulating font, color, etc...

but not yet padding colors!

this talks about the "em" unit, which has already been put into place.
The rest of the chapter talks about color and some menus...stuff that's covered in later chapters and is a bit confusing now.
